  1. Choose at least one gig platform, enter your required city and optional ZIP, then review and save your setup.
  2. On your dashboard, choose Generate Schedule to request suggested work windows. Saving setup does not automatically generate a schedule.
  3. Manually log your hours, pay, tips, mileage and expenses. Compare recorded earnings per logged hour; Premium insights summarize your history separately from schedule suggestions.

Enter your shift hours, earnings and tips, odometer readings and expenses. Records are not automatically imported from gig accounts, banks or GPS.

Premium comparisons show recorded gross earnings patterns by platform, day and time after at least three logged shifts. Past results do not predict future earnings or train the schedule generator.

What you enter and what to expect

You provide your platform choices, city and optional ZIP, plus work records and settings. The app stores the records you submit; it does not connect to your gig accounts or automatically track GPS mileage.

Hosting, identity, payment and AI services process information needed to provide their respective features. This is not a promise that information never reaches third-party services.

Financial calculations depend on your entries, settings and simplified assumptions. They are not exact cash profit, verified deductions, tax savings or tax advice. Check tax decisions with a qualified professional.

What happens after I create an account?

Choose your platforms, enter your city and optional ZIP, review and save. On the dashboard, choose Generate Schedule when you are ready for suggestions.

Does GigOptimizer see live orders or learn my schedule from shifts?

No. Schedule suggestions use general patterns and your app/location inputs. Separate Premium insights summarize logged shifts; they do not feed back into schedule generation.

What is free and what does Premium add?

Free includes today's view, three latest schedules and the stored-record limits above. Premium unlocks the full weekly view, more logging/history and personal shift insights. Free signup is not a free trial of paid features.

How is billing managed?

Card subscribers can access billing management from account settings. Review cancellation, renewal and refund terms with the payment provider before purchasing. Pi payment terms are separate; no shared recurring or cancellation policy is promised here.

Can I rely on estimates for earnings or taxes?

No earnings, location-coverage or tax outcome is guaranteed. Logged-hour comparisons are based only on your entries, and financial estimates use simplified assumptions.
